Hi George, I just thought I would write and give you an update on Peaches' little girl from her October litter - "On My Honor" - or Scout as we call her. To say the least, Scout has to be the happiest puppy we've ever seen and is always up for playing. Fetch, which Scout is very good at, is by far her favorite game seeing as she'll play with about anything she can put her mouth on! She and our other dog Bailey (who is a lab/golden mix) are best described as sisters and of course, Scout loves having someone to continually chew on. They love going on adventures together, chewing on the same bone, and even lying in Bailey's kennel together - willingly. Moreover, it seems as though we can't get through the day without throwing the ball, running around the backyard, or cuddling up to take a nap (which Scout is also very good at).We just finished with all Scout's puppy shots a few days ago so now she's all set to go to puppy school where, with any luck, she'll be a star student. She's already learned a good deal of commands on her own, so we have high hopes for this little Golden! Thank you for raising great dogs with such admirable temperaments, I have no doubt that this little puppy is going to continue to impact my life in more ways than I can possibly imagine. Thanks again, Liz Smith

George,
Here are a couple of pictures of Casey, he is one of
little
Dumplin's last litter, we picked him up from you
the Friday before Thanksgiving. He is
growing like a weed and doing quite well. His first
trip to the vet was a total success and our kids
really love him. House breaking is going well, with
only an occasional accident
here and there. He likes going on walks and wants
to meet every dog and person he sees
in the neighborhood.
Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!
The Klein Family!

Comment : GEORGE, THANK
YOU SO MUCH FOR THE
AMAZING PUP WE GOT FROM
YOUR FAMILY OF GOLDENS.
WE NAMED HER ATHENA AND
SHE COMES TO OUR THERAPY
CLINIC EVERYDAY. SHE LOVES
THE PATIENTS AND ALL THE
ATTENTION SHE GETS. I WILL
SEND PHOTOS SOON.
Carolyn, Here are some photos of Cooper. The one of him eating gives kind of a view of his size. As of last Friday, the 4th, he was 24 lbs. He gained 5 lbs in 5 days. The other photo is Cooper digging. He loves raw-hide bones and we soon discovered that he also loves to bury them. But he will find them to bring inside....dirt and all. We'll continue to keep you updated. :) Carolyn, Cheryl, Denise, and Cooper

Hello Mr. George
Look how big I am! I'll be a year old this march and I'm so excited.
My momma and grandma say I get to have a little sister as a belated
birthday present when my momma gets home from college. I'm so happy
with my new family. I get to run around the yard and play in the creek
as much as I want. At night I have my own spot on the bed, between
grandma and my cat cousins. Thank you so much for helping me find my
momma and grandma, we love each other very much.
Thank you,
Satin's Golden Isabelle, but everyone calls me Izzie
P.S. Make sure when they come to pick out my sister in May, that they
pick a good one.
Thank you so much for bringing Izzie into our lives. We are really
exited about getting a puppy to join her this summer.
I've included a couple of pictures of Izzie's time with us.

Hello George, Well, Lacy J. is 14 weeks old now. She is growing
fast, long and thin, with big feet! She is a very happy, healthy little girl. She loves to play with her big
brother Sam, and follow him where ever he goes. She also copies every thing he does. She is very funny.
She likes to jump up on my chair so she can cuddle up to my nice soft Cardinal blanket that I have out
in the winter time. I am not the best picture taker around but here are a few of her and Sam.
Sincerely, Abby Kern

This is one of Pumpkin's first
babies. We were hoping to keep
her for mom, but she has a
good home with the Gaskills
now. We miss her every day.
Merry Christmas Mr. Delashmit,
My Mother, June Gaskill, asked me to forward the attached pictures
of the dog, Maggie, that she purchased from you a short while ago. Everything is going well for them
and Maggie gets along very well
with Mom's dog, Teddy.
Hope you had a wonderful Christmas and Happy New Year!

We named our little girl Maggie Mae and she is a wonderful addition to our family. As soon as we down
load our pictures we will forward them to you so you can see how quick she is growing. Maggie was
truly the perfect gift for my wife. Merry Christmas!
Maggie has two friends now, one real and one not so real.
You can see why Maggie may mistake Summer as being Angel. Maggie is doing
well and is a whopping 16 pounds.

Here are some photos of our

not the best Pictures, but he's
quicker than a digital camera.

George,
Hey!! How are you doing? I see that you just had another litter of
puppies born not to long ago. I'm sure they are keeping you pretty
busy. I just thought I would give you an update on Shiloh. She was
part of Nana Puddin's litter born on OCt. 2. She is doing wonderful.
It's amazing how fast they grow. I love her to death. Take care! Talk
to you soon!

George and Carolyn,
We check your site for updates and new litters as having experienced God's Golden Acre's makes all of
us have a vested interest. All of us were happy to see you're going to have a more puppies this year.
We hope all of them find good homes, as they are wonderful dogs.
Kaylee was the fourth puppy born to Jacob and Nana Puddin'. She's growing quickly, and was 28
pounds at her vet appointment last week. Kaylee has been taking puppy training classes (which we all
know are more for the parent of a puppy, rather than the puppy). At almost four months old, she has
already learned the hand signals for sit, stand, and down. We have one more class, then we move to a
novice group. We hope to eventually get her certified as a "Canine Good Citizen".
The two pictures I've attached for your use includes Kaylee by herself along with our other (and almost
14 year old) golden, Xanthe.
Thanks again for the wonderful pup.
Warmest Regards,
Brian, Janice, Will, Ben, Xanthe, and Kaylee Neary
Hi Carolyn and George :) We wanted to give you an update on Cooper. Cooper is 4 months old now and weighs 40 pounds. He's growing fast. We sent photos of Cooper playing in the snow and he loved it. We have a dog trainer coming to our house and Cooper is a quick learner. He knows sit, down, stay and how to kennel up. He loves ice cubes, probably because he is teething, and he loves getting a bath. We think he's taking after his dad, Jacob, because he loves to hold things in his mouth while laying on his back. We love Cooper's personality; he's so special to us. We highly recommend picking the last puppy of the litter ;) ~Carolyn, Cheryl, Dennis, and Cooper

The whole family just loves him and he was a great joy for my Grandfather before he died. Thanks so much, Kate Lloyd and Eddie P.S.- I was very sorry to hear about Rusty- when I got Eddie I hoped that he would be like him.

Keeley O'Brien
George,
I can't tell you how much we enjoy our pup "Keeley", she is one of
Dumplin's pups born in October. She was one of the "runts'. She
is very playful and happy, she loves going for walks with me and
has just finished her 1st set of puppy classes. You can see how
much she has grown from 4.5 lbs to 36 lbs. in several months.
Everyone thinks she is beautiful and you can see that she is. I
would recommend your dogs to anyone! Thank you.

Hi Carolyn,
Thanks for taking the time to send the pictures. I really appreciate it. Buddy is doing great. He has a
nice crate with a bed inside, he has put stuffed animals in it himself, we don't shut the door, he has free
run of the kitchen. He looks so cute laying in there. He is almost potty trained. He has lots of chew toys
and tennis balls. Everyone loves him and pays lots of attention to him. He sleeps alot, he has grown
since we brought him home 3 days ago! He goes to the vet today. My only complaint is he keeps biting
my legs and feet. Like little needles, ouch! We hold his snout and tell him no, but so far he just can't
resist. (any suggestions?) I am so glad we decided on a puppy instead of a full grown dog like last time.
He is so cuddley and sweet natured. Just can't say enough about him. Oh, and he loves to sleep on his
back sometimes. He didn't get diarrhea from the water change or food change, we eased him into it.
Thanks again for everything and tell George we all said hi and thanks.
Donna

Here are some "pupdate" pictures of Chester, one of Satin's boys.
He's doing great, has a wonderful disposition, and he's made many
two and four-legged friends in our neighborhood. Many thanks!

Hello George, Here are a few pictures of Lacy. She is about nine months old now. She is one of
Dumplin's October 3rd, 2007 babies. She is doing fine, as you can see, she is beautiful and funny and we
love her very much. Sam and her play all the time, they get along so well. Lacy tries to hog all the
petting, she works Sam right out of the way, but he doesn't seem to mind to much. Once in a while he
moves her out of the way, but she is the baby and usually gets her way with all of us. We enjoy watching
your web site and all the cute puppy pictures. Lacy is still a bit mischievous and gets into the garden
and eats flowers and digs holes. But she is learning not to do these things, she does them less and less.
She loves to play keep away with their toys, going around the swing and the trees to keep Sam from
catching her. She used to get a drink out of the outside bowl and then pick it up and try to carry it off
to her spot under the tree. Of course, all the water would be gone but we laughed at her so much. We
got a bowl she can't pick up for outside. So she gathers all the toys and puts them in her spot. We are
very happy that we found your wonderful place and in turn found Lacy J. Thanks so much, Sincerely,
Abby Kern

George received a phone call from Mrs. Gaskill On Aug. 14, 2008. She told him that Maggie was a
mama! She has 9 babies in all. She is a wonderful girl, and she remembered us when we went to visit.
She loves her new home, and from what we hear, she is still mischievous Maggie. George has been
thinking about her a lot lately. She stayed with us for over a year and we always miss her. It was good
to see her. She and Mrs. Gaskill are a perfect match. Congratulations, Maggie!
I again want to thank you for my beautiful puppy Sophie, from Pumpkins last litter. She is everything I hoped for and more at 3 months old, smart and so easy to train. And my old Shepherd loves her so much! Hi George, I've dropped some photos in the mail of my Sophie from Pumpkin's last litter, and her litter mates Buddy and Molly who live a few blocks away and belong to my dear friends. They are over 4 months old already, hard to believe, and are all three such fun, warm and loving puppies. They have so much fun when they get together, and Buddy is very protective of Sophie. Sophie is still the smallest of the three but she is a bundle of energy and joy. She is so smart though, and I have never seen a dog focus in and learn so readily. She and my 12 year old German Shepherd Kira get along very well, play and play. Sophie has been a new lease on life for Kira. She has added so much life to our household. Thank you again for bringing her into my life. Golden Retrievers are a fabulous breed... intelligent, happy, lively and loving. She is a wonderful little girl, very beautiful with big brown eyes. Mary
Carolyn & George, Here are some photos of Sophie with her "sister" Kira and with her litter mates, Buddy and Molly. They are all such sweet, lovable and smart puppies. Sophie is still the tiniest of the 3, they are all great friends and her big brother Buddy is very protective of her. Thank you again, Mary McBride.
